Well it's a fruitful night; i had a great practice with <span style="font-style:italic;">Sui Mau</span> for the coming worship on Sun. This is my second time to serve as pianist, and although i'm not nervous (at all), i hope to do my best.<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">During practice <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">Sui Mau</span> played a video from <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">Y</span><span style="font-style:italic;">outube</span> to confirm some dubious tempos. It was actually a clip from <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">Passion</span>, a controversial movie on the last part of Jesus's life on earth. The scene depicted how He was tortured and teased by reckless soldiers. Together with the vocal and the stunning violin that accompanied, it made a great impact on me. Had he not suffered for my sake, one day i would receive the same judgement - or even one far beyond my imagination.<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The songs are well selected, ensuring a thematic coherence and a smooth flow of ideas. We decided to modify the style of one song, though, as what we'll be having is a piano rather than a collection of percussions.<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Hope everything turns out well.
